A plain statement of how information submitted through this site is handled.

Scope

This notice describes how Ethos Syndicate handles information provided through this website. It applies to this site only and does not govern information exchanged under a separately executed agreement, which is controlled by that agreement's terms.

Information we receive

We receive the information you choose to submit through the project intake form — such as your name, organization, role, email address, optional phone number, project location or jurisdiction, organization type, sector, stage, indicative scale, primary constraint and your project description. We do not require sensitive personal information and ask that you do not provide it.

What you should not submit

Please do not include controlled, classified, export-restricted, or highly sensitive information in an initial submission. Early enquiries are for scoping only. Where a project requires the exchange of sensitive material, that exchange takes place under an appropriate written agreement and through a suitable channel.

How information is used

Submitted information is used to evaluate whether an enquiry fits our capabilities, to respond to you, and to prepare for an initial conversation. We do not sell information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Disclosure

We may share limited information with the professionals or partners necessary to evaluate or respond to an enquiry, and where disclosure is required by law. Commercially sensitive project information is treated as confidential as a matter of practice, and is protected contractually once an engagement is formalized.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was provided, for legitimate business record-keeping, or as required by law.

Analytics and cookies

This site is designed to operate without advertising trackers or third-party marketing cookies. If operational analytics are introduced in the future, this notice will be updated to describe them.

Your choices

You may request that we correct or delete the information you submitted through this site. Requests can be made by replying to any correspondence you have received from us.

Changes

We may update this notice as our practices evolve. The version published on this page is the version in effect.
